The UFC want to make Rousey-Cyborg for UFC 200. Tate has already had TWO chances. IF they don't do Holm now, it wont happen, as Rousey stated that Cyborg will be her retirement fight.

Tate vs Nunes to Headline the UFC195 Prelims. The winner would face Zingano for UFC 200.

IF Cyborg does not make weight for UFC 200, the winner of Tate-Nunes would be ready and could fill in as the #1 Contendor.

IF Cyborg does make weight, the #1 Contendor would get a rematch Zingano.

I think Holm has a much better chance than Correia. If she wins, then she wins. For now, I think the UFC is making mid range plans on the assumption that Ronda wins.
