Just because someone has fought in another weight class, doesn't mean they are obligated to go back up, especially if they are the champ. By the way, UFC has no 145 division so what would be the point.

It's on cyborg to get to 135 or convince Dana that 145 is deep enough for thrm to create the class and her to win that belt.

Cyborg fights at 145, so why would Rousey insist on Cyborg making 145? In addition, can you provide a link, or proof that Paquiao has used PED's...or is this just speculation as in Mendes saying Aldo uses PED's?
