I'm not into pro wrestling but I've never understood the "it's not real" reason for shitting on it. The Walking Dead isn't real. Game of Thrones... Not real. Porn... Not real. But people, adults, watch that shit all the time. But no one's shitting on those entertainment properties because zombies didn't really eat that guy, dragons didn't really eat that guy, and that guy isn't really that mom's son's best friend. The idea that adults who watch pro wrestling believe the stories presented are true, or that that matches don't have predetermined outcomes miss the point that pro wrestling is show, just like any other, except that it's physical in nature and filmed in front of a live audience. It's like like going to watch a play, but sweatier.

Interestingly enough, ever since Vince has been away having to deal with XFL stuff, creative has been able to do what they want without having to worry about him looking over their shoulders and ripping up scripts, and the product has been getting a lot better than it’s been for the past 3 years...

For the most part, anyway.
 
I don't know what was more disgusting, those sounds she was making... or that chunk of makeup she's wearing.

Props to her for making it that far in a different field, after MMA wasn't it. But she needs a better strut/walk, right now it looks stiff and weird.

But they are pretending to fight, why not watch a real fight lmao. It’s not like you can watch real dragons and elves and shit but you can watch actual fights instead

only good matches Lynch has ever had were against Charlotte. Charlotte is easily the best female on the roster and I don’t even watch much pro wrasslin anymore unless my kid turns it on.

You mean shows with great acting and well choreographed fight scenes? What the hell does that have to do with pro wrestling? The vast majority of pro wrestling is cringe as hell. Extremely poor acting, bad dialogue, bad stories, and to top it off the fights look goofy as fuck.
 
I've seen some pics/clips and it looked like complete shit. There was no real match. A bunch of one-shots or very brief beatdowns. Baszler is a joke and will wash out worse than Rousey eventually. If you think people were sick of Rousey squashing everyone, wait until Baszler does it. You're going to see Mighty Mouse-esque fan revolts with people leaving the arena. Rousey will screw up again when they bring her back to help and/or work with Baszler.
