Rountree looked scary as hell..

The whole fight I was like..



His game looked liked it improved tenfold. Really looking forward to his next fight..

 

Yeah, they need to give him a top 15 guy next, for sure.

 

Yeah those kicks are hard, and by the end of round 2 ..he's just playin with his food

 

It was such a brutal performance, but it had a lot to do with fighting a brawling MW with limited tools.


He still gets starched by any legit LHW.

 

Yeah that was a sick. Those kicks were nasty. He did definitely look great, but Anders didn’t look great at all. Other then being a tough son of a bitch. He had zero answers to anything for Rountree.

I agree. Much improved. Crisp, fast striking. He looked really fucking tough.

 

He looked scary. I felt sorry for his opponent. I thought the guy would tap in between the round and say "Stuff it, Im out"

Definitely. The fight should have been stopped in that second round. Anders was done from that point on.

 

His kicks were like a round tree for sure.

Pure muay thai style is underrated for sure. In my opinion it is one of the best striking styles because you are always ready to check kicks and deliver your own.

 

Besides the Walker fight, his problem has never been his striking, it's the wrestling that he struggles with. I'll jump on the train once he beats a high caliber wrestler finally.

 

He should've finished that fight.
Lack of killer instinct worries me.

 

But especially in Rounthree

 

He looked good but Anders is ripe for the picking with leg kicks, dude is super flat footed. Not to take anything away from rountree though. Give him a bump up in competition
