I train muay thai 2 days, boxing 1 day and lift 2 days per week. My left rotator cuff has been hurting on and off for like a month now. Am I over training? My lifts are pretty basic
Friday - Squats, dumbell snatch, bench, ax chops with the free motion machine Sunday - Pullups, rows, deadlifts
Then Monday - Wed - I do boxing/ muay thai for around 2 hours each day

I purposely cut out shoulder press and any shoulder isolation exercises, shrugs, and decreased the amount I bench and it still hurts, I'm planning on taking out wide grip pull-ups as well.

I don't want to stop weight training completely but this thing is not going away

The rotator cuff is a very broad statement, as there are several muscles involved. In addition, your punching decelerators (mid back) can cause imbalances in the rotator cuff. It could just be overuse.
