Hey guys, quick question. I'm training from 3-6 times a week BJJ, and so far I've been relatively injury free, but man after each rolling session I come home with a lot of pain in my shoulders. I'm almost certain it's inflammation in my rotator cuffs, because it goes away within 2-5 hours after resting it. Does anyone else get this, and is their anyway of preventing it? Thanks in advance!
