“After fighting in the UFC for many years, I fear no man — this won’t be a one off appearance like Conor McGregor. I aim to conquer the sport by destroying anybody that steps into the ring with me.”

Pearson also got in to stand up comedy post UFC it seems.

Glad he’s able to still perform, I know his opponent was 5-10 but it’s still good see a UFC vet who’s not a broken mess.

i always liked pearson, he always had good boxing fundamentals (for MMA) but just never seemed to put it together, i always felt he should have been much better than he was but when he was " on " he was nice to watch and was competitive with strikers like barboza, masvidal, felder etc. still gave us some really nice finishes like the ones over stout, g sot, maynard etc etc.

now that he's retired i think he could be a boxing coach for MMA gyms or whatever, people might think i'm crazy but i think pearson would have had much more success had he gone into boxing instead of MMA, not elite level but i think he would've been a solid guy.

Loved his work in 300 with Gerard Butler. Even though he betrayed the Spartans, I thought it was a riveting performance.

    His boxing is 4/10.

He fought a negative fight only countering with single shots. I could understand the decision even if I agree with you on the scoring.

Robbed by Sanchez? How exactly did he get robbed by Sanchez? Did he literally approach him with a gun, and demand his money?

I've said this before and I'll say it again: it takes huge stones to bob and weave in mma as Ross did, it's amazing he went most of his career without getting caught doing that (until the Hooker fight). I'm glad to see him boxing where his style is perfectly suited for it.
