Fighters are really counting on their corners to redirect them on what needs to be done or what's happening. To do anything else is a disservice. To lie about winning rounds or how good they are going helps no one. In round three they needed to tell her fight like she is down two rounds because she possibly was. It may not have made a difference but now no one will never know.

I'm thinking she became so fixated on the "gameplan" that she forgot it was an actual fight. She probably went out there thinking that if she prevented the takedowns that means she'll win because she's better on the feet, forgetting that she actually had to use this advantage on the feet to through strikes occasionally. So when she prevented the takedowns, which she did, she assumed she won.

In other words she's a mental midget and/or so is her corner.
