Valentina is so technical. I hate spinning techniques and think they’re cheap but Valentina has the best technique out of anyone in the UFC. Everything she throws looks perfect.

Bullet is in control the whole time too.

Spinning kicks are dangerous when sparring, especially when the bigger fighter is throwing them. But Valentina is pretty surgical with what she's doing, and both women are heavily padded up - those elbow/forearm guards and knee pads are often not used.

That’s good. Rose‘s standup already looked good against JJ twice, and Andrade until the slam. Training with Valentina can only make her better, just like Gus training with Phil Davis all those years ago. Sometimes you need to train with someone better at certain things than you to sharpen your own skills.

She's probably got 12-14 pounds on Rose. At that weight, that's a big size/power difference. And Bullet is super technical.

It's great practice for Rose, and Rose showed good movement in her combos.
