Rose beat JJ twice, but can she beat the fighters JJ beat?

Obviously her stock is going to skyrocket, and the memories of JJ's accomplishments are going to blur.

But we shouldn't forget that JJ racked up dominant wins against some real murderers. Styles make fights, and Rose has proven that she has JJ's number, but can she beat some of the killers JJ did?

Andrade is an absolute beast - cast iron chin, relentless, great grappling. Claudia is an extremely powerful grappler and submission ace. And as we know, Rose already lost to Karolina.

Can she get through the same gauntlet that JJ did?

I personally doubt she defends the belt, however, I didnt pick to beat jj either time. I also think jj will be champ again within a years time

i think the rose from tonight was a lot better than the rose in the first fight - I think that the KO was pretty clearly a bit flukey, but there's no question she has become the better fighter.

She's still very young, she definitely learns well. Would depend on her training camps I guess. I think she has troubles with a more aggressive striker.

No, she had a good striking style especially for JJ. She won't do as well against all other strikers. And more importantly, she doesn't have Joanna's TDD

Submission ace? Claudia has only won by submission once since 2010. Over the same period of time Rose has won 5 times by submission (8 times if one counts the TUF 20 fights).

she beats some and some we will have to see. Where does JJ go from here? Losing 2 straight means that she will have a much harder time with anyone in The division.

I think Rose would beat many of them, but I think Andrade will prove to be her poison. Andrade will be going full brunt attack mode and I think while Rose can tag her up standing while she closes the gap, Andrade has showed a very good chin and recovery and once she gets a hold of you, she is going to start slamming you down or landing close quarter punches. Andrade also does not fatigue much either so she can go at a tough pace same as Rose.
