Rory MacDonald vs Tyron Woodley should be mandatory viewing for every MMA fighter.

Especially if you want to learn how to pressure someone with a heavy right hand, or, just learning pressure fighting in general. Rory put a master class performance on Woodley, it's absolutely stunning to go back and watch that fight, to see Rory completely shut down Woodley. Stiff arming FTW.

Rory is an incredible fighter, wish he was still with the UFC but at least he's getting paid in Bellator.

That fight is worthless compared to MacDonald/Woodley. MacDonald put on an absolute pressure clinic, and there's a LOT any young fighter can learn from watching it.

Ufc is mystifying, Rory wrecks Woodley then has foy candidate with lawler and they basically release him after blah performance with wonder boy. thats how fighters who want to be paid are getting treated, regardless of ability
