Huh. That is getting really strange. The UFC doesn't have that many fighters the caliber of Rory and he is not fighting like Shields or Fitch either.

Dunno what they are doing TBH. He said himself that he is not fighting anymore for 50k, when everybody around gets 100k upwards while being the worse fighters.

Nate making 25 times the amount in one fight, a guy he handily beat, must just frustrate him

He was handily beating Lawler, his chin held up, he suffered an unlucky broken nose. He lost to Condit 6 years ago (and Condit just beat Lawler) what does that have to do with present day Rory?
 
Definitely raises the stakes for the Wonderboy fight. I'm gonna feel bad for him if he loses that one and gets a shit contract.
 
When I found out what Rory got paid for that war he had with Robbie,felt sick and I almost stopped watching MMA. I hope he can get paid right somewhere else.

Rory would beat Condit now a days.
 
If he can get mo money somewhere else then why not. I don't think the UFC will let him go though.

He was on his way to beating him last time too even though it was close. Condit is a tricky mofo and pulled a trick out of his hat, Rory would be favored to win. Rory put a beating on Lawler unlike anyone else has.
 
I think I'm ready for a mass exodus from the UFC. If Rory follows up Bendo and goes to Belllator it could be good for fans. Take Zuffa down a notch.

I can understand seeing it that way. Difference is that Rory would probably hit some takedowns unlike ROBbie.

Rory was beating Lawler worse than Condit imo, but if Condit beat Rory I would not be shocked, Condit is a killer too. I just think that person saying Rory can't be the best today because Condit beat him 6 years ago is beyond silly.
 
I dont see UFC letting Rory go.
 
The logical side of me says there is no way they let him go win or lose but I have a nagging curiosity. I almost wonder if they see him like Benson at this point and let him run to Bellator. It would open up a lot of options for him. I remember seeing him at Metamoris and thinking I wish he'd get on a decent S/B/D program and try his hand at 185. Has the frame.
