Roommates account locked - how to resolve?

Hey Fellas,

My roommate likes to visit these boards, but has been complaining nonstop the last few days that his account has been locked. He says he has no idea why.

Is this normal? I thought warnings like the double yellow cards were handed out before locking an account. I asked him about the dubs and he said he's never heard of or seen them with his account. He also doesn't recall doing or saying anything wrong.

We tried clicking on the contact us link at the bottom, but it goes nowhere.

He was super stoked to have gotten yellow belt status and refuses to sign up again and start over.

Does anyone know how he might be able to get his account reinstated?

Careful because your "roommate" IP is probably the same as "yours"...
