Don't know whether anyone has read this, but found it interesting. Apparently Ronda Rousey has been routinely training at the Gracie Academy with Ryron Gracie.

While Rousey didn't have the optimal camp, she did add an instructor who Harvey believes was instrumental to her victory and in surviving her worst moment.

Ryron Gracie, a fourth-degree black belt and grandson of Gracie Jiu-Jitsu creator Helio, spent a significant amount of time with Rousey focusing on her submission defense. That would become crucial early in the first round when Carmouche took her back and worked in a face crank.

s Armbar on Miesha Tate, now they are training with her.

Only sport in the world where people at the top are so willing and open to help each other. =)

Ronda is truly a great grappler. I wish she would fight Cyborg, I think she has what it takes to beat Cris. Ronda seems to have a good chin, wish Cyborg could test it.
