I need to revise my prediction to 1 second. As soon as Holly sees this monstrous Honda bull-rushing towards her, she will get an epileptic seizure and fall, self-KO-ing herself along the way:

I think she's going to stand for a while and try to prove a point since so much of the promo clips involve that stupid "can you beat anyone in the division without grappling" question.

I say she jabs around for the first round, realizes she doesn't actually know how to box, and by the second round she gets a TD about 2 minutes in, and the sub is done about 3:30 into round #2. So 08:30 is my answer, chief.
 
Holm could win by cut or head kick. Most any pro fighter, in theory, can win by cut or head kick. Holm doesn't have any punching power. I've watched a few of her boxing wins; zero power. I have to assume that Jackson has taught her how to keep ronda's hips away from her to avoid a throw. The question is whether Holm has enough power to push ronda off. If she is, it won't work every time. At most three or four times and Ronda throws her and the match is over. How long before three or four attempts, maybe two or three minutes. The range is probably 30 seconds to three minutes. Working against Holm is a boxing career where clinch meant getting a pause in the action. Holm has more fight experience, fighting with strikes being thrown at you, than ronda's past opponent's. She should be more likely to keep her game plan to the extent that ronda's physical domination allows. She has seen Tate and Cat fight like idiots. Davis and Bethe be overwhelmed and McMann completely blow it by not being able to take a knee strike. I'll predit 1 minute 51 seconds.
 
I'm taking Ronda via armbar 1:38 into round 2.

Holly will try and keep distance/circle away in the first. Ronda adjusts between rounds and comes out in the 2nd, secures the TD and works the finish.
 
I am choosing between sub in round 3 or a decision.

I agree, I think it'll be something like this. I'm gonna go out on a limb and say it goes to round 3 though.
 
Whenever Ronda realizes she sucks at striking and decides to finish the fight via grappling, which Holly sucks at.

I think Holly is smart, and she has intelligent people around her. I'm sure that she drilled to keep ronda's hips away from her. From her interviews, instead of working to keep ronda off her from the day she began MMA, Holly seems to have been thinking that she will have time in the future. Ultimately she is either strong enough to keep her off or not. Once she is locked up ronda's technique will be too much.

There is no way Holly makes 25 mins. Her chances of seeing round two are slender. I'm not oversold on ronda, just realistic about the opponents. I gave Sara McMann no chance, and Cat no chance and they both had better reasons to think that they would see round two.

I think Holm will hang in there for a bit. I'll go 43 seconds.
 
Well Ronda is 5 ft 7 and Holm is 5 ft 8 so the length of the fight is around 11 ft 3.

If you add in the length of the cage the fight length is 30 ft the heigh is 6 ft so it's around 39 ft.

39 ft is your answer.
 
two minutes and thirty seconds... If she decides to dance around a little before taking her arm.
 
The Murphy's law will be witnessed in this fight. The fight will go "wrong" despite many of us looking forward to what we usually expect from Ronda.
 
So everyone who has / hasn't replied yet. Anyone's opinions changed from overly dramatic weight ins??
 
Ronda will kill her in less than a round, I don't normally say stuff like this but I give Holm zero chance. I would go as far to say Ronda could beat her standing if she wanted.

About 30 seconds.

Ronda will run in angry, get cracked a couple of times with straight punches, realize she dont want no more of that, bullrush into the clinch, hiptoss, armbar, remove cameltoe, say childish thing to Holm that she will explain to Joe shortly, all done.

This is what happens when title shots are given to people with 0 top 15 wins on their record.
