Ronda still training judo

It's easy to look absolutely amazing when you are a world class judoka training with someone who is probably a white belt.

What you mean to say is Ronda dropped a division to fight for the title.
Go on a diet and win the bantamweight title or fight a known steroid abuser.
Hmmmm...that sounds like an awful tough decision.

Sure mabye Ronda with only 4 pro fights didn't want anything to do with Cyroid at the time. But when she was 7/8-0 it was definately Cyborg who didn't want anything to do with RR.

RR has never missed weight. So dropping down to BW was clearly a good idea.

BW has clearly been the best fit for her in retrospect, but that doesn't change the fact that Ronda had the chance to either a: fight Cyborg for the 145lb title, or b: fight Meisha Tate for the 135lb title. Another guy said that Scott Coker 'sent' her there but that's nonsense, she said she wanted that fight with Cyborg when asked after beating Julia Budd and she said she wanted to fight Tate. I'm not at all saying Ronda is ducking her or scared to fight her, but the fact remains that she had the choice to fight Cyborg, or go down in weight and take an easier fight, and she did that.

"I suspect Ronda may attempt to employ judo in this upcoming fight of hers."

I disagree. Its a pleasure to see such a master put her craft to work.

Just goes to show that specialist still have a place.

Oh definitely. Don't get me wrong, I loves me some Ronda. Her judo and subs are sublime to watch.

But I'd also love to see how she responds to a war. I'd love to see her version of Jones v Gus, for example.

Who knows, maybe Corriera will be the one to do it... But I highly doubt it.

I'd say that Ronda would have the advantage on the feet, and NO ONE is stopping those TDs. If Ronda wants you in the ground, that's where you're going. Then it's simply a matter of time before you're tapping.

I love the flash jab into trip. That shit is beautiful.

Your idea of a white belt is a U.S. Nationals bronze medalist (Pauline Macias) and an Olympic alternate who's also a 3 time U.S. National champion (Justin Flores)?

Rousey is great, no doubt, but her opponents here were letting her train her techniques, no resistence.

some girl will come along with true mma movement, that will take heads clean off

They would need to be a true genetic freak for that given even Amanda Nunes, and Holly Holm, don't regularly 'take heads clean off'.
