Are you so shertarded thst you don't know the difference between women having natural body issues and a 'roided out female that looks like an ugly drag queen? And FYI, Ronda's going nowhere, maybe those infected with haterism should "go awsy".

I believe what DYY meant was that comments Ronda makes about the appearance of others contributes to women having body issues. Ronda, like her or not, is hypocritical.

Who is Ronda to say what a woman should or should not be like? What do her comments say about those who are transgender or those who don't have gender specific genitalia? Are they any less female or male, because of how Ronda believes males and females should be? Her ignorance has serious implications, and making excuses for it doesn't make it right.

looool. If you don't get the difference between developing male characteristics as a side effect from taking ped's in order to beat up fellow women (and getting called out on that) and, say, transgendered people, it's most likely cause you don't WANT to get it.

so proud of ronda and all she has accomplished.

This. Gotta say she's a pioneer man and backs it up viciously

I garuntee someone who's never heard of or rarely hears about Mma saw that and said "hey ima check her out" not bad at all.

gtfo w/ that lame stuff. First you're mind reading the original poster and then totally ignoring the fact that Cyborg has been popped for banned substances.

Ronda's comment didn't need to be said but your take is comical.

I didn't talk about why people use medications or other ways to change the makeup of their bodies. I discussed that someone's "gender" is not so clear cut, and Ronda referring to Christine as an "it" because she injects herself with testosterone (something that bio females in gender reassignment do) is a slippery slope. The term "it" is derogatory and attaches a stigma to women who do use testosterone to become male. In either case, the side effects of the medication are intended: Christine wants to become strong like a male, and the people who want gender reassignment want the proper physical attributes that they believe suit their 'true' gender.

To say that Christine has an unfair advantage because she uses testosterone, is a valid criticism, and one that I agree with. But let's not conflate blatant crassness for fact based argument.

Wait... what?

The poster I was responding to said this: "Are you so shertarded thst you don't know the difference between women having natural body issues and a 'roided out female that looks like an ugly drag queen? And FYI, Ronda's going nowhere, maybe those infected with haterism should "go awsy"."

Ronda made a comment about women and their body issues, saying that it's absurd that women should have body issues. I agree with this.

I'm not ignoring that Cyborg has tested positive. But gender isn't clear cut, and someone taking testosterone does not make them an "it". Ronda's comments fuel the fire of ignorance. Some people (not Cyborg) need to take testosterone for medical reasons (like gender reassignment). Does that make them an "it"? Some women have real reasons for taking testosterone, like for menopause or things like that. There are also many legal medical reasons that a woman might need to take steroids.

All I'm saying, is that a woman taking testosterone or steroids shouldn't be called an "it", because many women (again, not Christine) take it for valid medical reasons, and Ronda using the term "it" to describe people who need to take these things, adds to stigma and might stop people from getting the help they need. Some women already freak out about medical treatment involving steroids because they have fears of becoming "men" or "its". Anyone with knowledge of these medical situations would know that these are very real concerns of some people. So while Ronda says from one side of her mouth that she doesn't think women should have body issues, she's adding fuel to the fire (perhaps without knowing it).

Your whole argument is invalid since (as you yourself stated) Justino didn't nor does need testosterone for any valid medical reasons and Ronda wasn't talking about those that do when she called Justino an "it". There's a difference between making fun of an ugly person and someone who ruined their looks with too much (or horrible) plastic surgery. You are trying to equate the two.
