Dana White tried to say Rousey had lower ppv Numbers than Mcgregor because she was fighting outside of the US. Now that she's fighting in the US he'll say it's because the card is on a Friday.

" Listen you goofs, Cain pulled out of the against Fabricio. You just cant expect ronda to get a higher ppv number than Conor under these circumstances "

Dana White and Sherdog's Ronda shills @HereToSlay would like to believe Ronda is the company's biggest star because they see it as validation of their feminist agenda. I'm curious to see their reaction when the numbers come back as average. Her star power has been greatly diminished after the headkick, weight gain, isolation, and this weird media blackout thing she's doing now.

Once Conor is back from maternity leave, he'll be Dana's favorite again.

We'll know more when she fights tonight, people are reporting that it's trendng well
Card as all over ESPN and FS1 the past couple days, Ronda appeals to hardcores

The card will probably do fine and be considered a success

Obviously this fight is going to do much poorer than it otherwise would since Rousey is doing the media blackout thing. Not much to say about that. Is what it is. If it does well at all, that will be absolutely incredible and say a shit-ton about Rousey.

Sherdoggers are really obsessed with the idea Rousey is not popular and does not draw. Even though she clearly is, and does. She's carried dead-in-the-water cards all alone. She's done gangbusters in brazil for a main event that didn't even start until 2 AM on the east coast. Her drawing power is objectively one of the best in the sport, especially considering she always did it with opponents that never added to the bottom line, and mostly on poorly-supported cards.

It's a question how big of a draw she is now after a year layoff and lack of promotion by her for this event. None of that changes history, though.
