That argument has always been exposed in male fighters, once you are done with the division, move up. She has nothing else to prove in 135, Holm maybe, and that is a big maybe. That is the most logical step now. Fighting Miesha is pointless. I understand Cyborg cannot make 135, and if there were contenders, of course keep fighting at that category. But with no contenders in your division, the curse of action is to challenge larger fighters, ala Silva, Penn, Fedor, Edgar. Ronda, please move up and keep showing your dominance.

Yeah, yeah. Ronda should move up to a weight class that doesn't exist in the UFC and where there is even less competition than at WBW. Oh, yeah, that makes perfect sense. In Bizarro world.

Ronda would do great in the imaginary UFC Womens 145 division.

If there was a higher weight division you might have a point - but as others have already pointed out - there isn't .... and she hasn't cleaned out the division she is in yet - we haven't seen her against a proven striking specialist and there just happens to be one coming up through the ranks.

TS must of been listening to the genius host on espn radio last night saying she needs to move up to the higher weight class that doesn't exist in the ufc and have even less talent so she can be considered the most dominant athlete in sports

I'm guessing you didn't think this through before you hit post.

I have no idea why people are counting out Holm because of her last fight. If anything, the fight proved she is smart enough to not get dragged into a slugfest or a grappling contest, and has the range and movement to land shots from the outside. If there's ever a formula on How to beat Rousey, that would be it.

So she should change divisions to face a total of 1-2 fresh viable opponents?

If you state a lie long enough, it becomes a truth.

The same reasons that make it possible for Reebok to ruin lives and to rip off the creativity of other's and pass it off as their own, for the UFC to pay fighter's pennies on the dollar, to become corpulent, greedy and to fire long standing employees due to them being vocal about being raped, are the same reasons Rousey will not concede 5 lbs. Everyone was up in arms about Bert, Stitch and Cecil the lion but they all forget in a matter of days, and if not days, then weeks. People call Ronda the most fearless, dominant and well rounded fighter to ever live and if you hint at that being ridiculous, you are labeled a sexist pig. People are fearful of being logical, speaking against the mob and so they remain quiet, allowing the lie to become bigger and bigger, until it i seen as truth.

The truth is, Ronda only accepts fights against the likes of people that she has already beat easily, or fighters that are the biggest underdogs in the history of the UFC. Somehow, even though the end result is inevitable, the Zuffa schill journalists and the hoards of idiots end up acting like it is a surprise, like the victory was actually legitimate. UFC is such a huge bully that anyone that dares stand up to them and question their bullying or rigged practices are blacklisted. This is why there is a multi-million dollar stroke job going around with writers like Dave Doyle now saying that Ronda should not fight Cyborg at 140, even though Ronda agreed to fight Gina at 145, has already beat everyone at 135 and competed in Judo as high as 160. The smoke in mirrors fraud that is.has been going on is enough to make any true fan of integrity and this sport nauseas.

The irony: People will be up in arms over the small stuff, Dana being mean to somebody, a fighter thanking God or someone using an inappropriate word on social media. But when it comes to creating a multi-multi-million dollar fraud, they are silent and just empty their piggy banks, thus making it okay to keep selling a lie and manipulating dollars out of thin wallets into the corporate machine. I even favor Ronda against Cyborg but don;t expect her to take a fight where the odds will not be HEAVILY in her favor. Just don't try and convince me that anyone in the 135 division presents anything that could ever be taken as a risk..... we are witnessing the Anderson/Royce business model on a whole new level here with major social and cultural implications. Atleast in the case of Anderson and Royce, they eventually fought legitimate competition where as Rousey will likely fight 2-3x more (Tate, Holms and another artificially created challenger) and be out, with echoes of GOAT being sung along the way.

it's more likely that after she beats Tate again, maybe she fights Holm then i think she takes a break to do more acting until I guess she either gets the itch back or a contender emerges

Been saying the same since her last fight and I think she's got the right coaches to make it work.

The only hitch is can Holm handle a charging gorilla that will clinch and get her down, or will she be able to make Ronda pay for recklessly rushing.. while staying on her feet.

If Ronda retires undefeated, it's within the realm of plausibility that Ronda moving up to a weight class that literally just has her in it may diminish that accomplishment.

Ronda should just move up into an imaginary division.. There she can compete with other imaginary creatures like Cyborg with KO Power

No 145lbs division to move up to, is really that simple.
