Don't get me wrong, Weili has many great coaches. I have seen many of her training vids. However, this guy in the video isn't one of them...

Just like Conor has great coaches, but Ido Portal was training Conor in things that were largely not beneficial in a real fight. Portal is a great movement and gymnastic coach, but the skills that he teaches are mostly not useful.

The hoping exercise is stability training for athletes recovering and rehabilitating an acl reconstruction.

I was given these exact exercises during my rehab.

it’s not snake oil salesmen stuff.

its actually difficult to maintain the lateral hip without touching the heel to the ground and helps develope the stabilising muscles in the leg.
