Ron Estes, a former engineer, just won the GOP primary in Pompeo's former district.
His opponent, of course, was Ron Estes, an engineer. Ron Estes called Ron Estes "the epitome of the DC swamp." Ron Estes countered that Ron Estes was attempting to deceive Kansas voters by running as Ron Estes.
Ron Estes will not be running against Ron Estes in the general. Nevertheless, Ron Estes is expected to win in the general election, since the district leans heavily R and he is a one-year incumbent. Not that Ron Estes. The other one.
