Roman chair back extension

Sometimes called hyperextension though I understand that you generally want to avoid hyperextending..

I'm looking at these 2. The Titan is far more reasonably priced but I don't know about the lack of a pad to go behind the legs that the titanium brand has. When I used to use this type of equipment at the gym, it always had the pad.

I want the foot base at the bottom. I always do side raises on these as well.



Does anyone have either?

those are bad ass. I used to use one all the time. Im not sure of the exact name but i call them back extensions. like a backwards situp. You can do it sideways like in the pics you posted. You can also do situps on them. good tool.
