Hey guys on monday ill star rolling at my gym with all the guys from my class, there are some that has been training for over 6 months and more any tips or recomendations will be great
thanks in advanced
ive been training for a month
 
Just the usual information: tap, use hygienic practises, be respectful, don't spazz out, have fun etc
 
Spazzing out is a good thing. If your partner gets you in a choke or armlock start to shake violently and hiss at him. Always go 100% and NEVER tap out to anything, it'll show them that your tough enough to belong.
 
spazzer is a term used on people that just go crazy when rolling. such crazyness results in accidents. but they are not accidents since the guy is just going 120% and is bound to hurt himself or someone else.

a spazzer would roll against anyone (especially smaller guys) like it was the final of the world cup or like you stole his girlfriend.
 
Try to breath all the time and be relaxed while rolling (the opposite of spazzing). Make a conscious effort to use the techniques you have learned, and if they don't succeed, try them again. Expect to tap out often, and make sure you don't put too much stock in "winning" when you train. It's not a fight, you don't have a record to protect, you're there to get better techique.
