Hey guys, need a quick answer... I think I've got a cold sore ... felt it a few hours ago, and sure enough theres a little nasty fluid blister on my top lip.

Is it inconsiderate to be rolling with one? Fast answers appreciated. Class starts soon-ish.

Just barely returned to judo on monday, after a few month hiatus..this sucks.

Don't roll! Cold sore aka herpes type 1. I had one about 2 weeks ago so, I took 2 weeks off. Its highly contagious and it will spread to others. You can buy abreva it works really good but its like 16 dollars for a small tube. Wait til its gone then go take to rolling.

I agree with the others...please be considerate of your team mates and take some time off the mat till it goes away man...it is quite contagious!
