If you looked at the first reply, it would've saved you a ton of typing. Rogan said it takes a high caliber grappler to submit Shields like MG (since he had previously tapped him out)

Yeah and it was in the context of watching Kampmann try to choke Shields several times with a seemingly-tight d'arce and an arm-in guillotine, and fail. IIRC Rogan said that Kampmann has good submissions and that just shows how hard Shields is to submit--you basically have to be a Marcelo Garcia to do it.
