LOL, I have torn my ACL twice and at no point has a doctor been able to give a diagnoses by doing a physical examination. They give the physical examination and say, yeah something is wrong, but they don't know what without an MRI.

And a physical examination doesn't even work if a person is tensing their muscles like the Barber almost certainly was...
