Video description says arm triangle, and it can be if you stay north-south / top-body / Kami Shiho Gatame, but Moura rolls his body past so he can get his opponent on his side and hit the Brabo / D'Arce / 3/4 Choke, or whatever you prefer to call it.

Anyway, the pass itself is against a butt-flopper, so I likes it a lot :icon_chee

Robson...is a gawd dayum magician. I didn't see it coming until after he based out.

That dude moves like poetry. Gayest post I will ever make, haha.

You ever notice when Robson teaches something at first you think "Naw, that's too flashy and probably won't work for me" but after a viewing or two you think "Actually that's just a unique combination of basic movements that should be pretty easy to pull off."

Robson has some great instruction. I love his seminars, and explaining things from urban dictionary to him.

I was at that seminar!

I was just saying that in another thread. At the beginning of the seminar, you don't think anyone could do the series he's demonstrating it. By the end 16 year old white belts are nailing it.

His seminars are great.

he was born to teach, what i enjoy most is that he never forces anything and what he shows works for any body type. a true inspiration to the sport.

The darce IS an arm triangle. I have seen this combo off of different passes, but robson makes everything look cool.

If I just get the guard pass from this I'll be happy.
