All this talk about the better wrestler v the better striker being limiting, yet the whole video's premise is Tony could beat Khabib with a better guard.

took him 12 minutes to say that you shouldn't let your opponent exploit your weaknesses and should play to your strengths. I like the guy's passion but fuck.

If he didnt know what he was talking about youtube wouldnt let him post his videos

He does tend to go off topic quickly and often. But it's his show, so I'll let him do him.

he used to actually be a decent analyst

he just wants to be a philosopher so badly that he jerks himself off over the idea that fighting has evolved throughout history by framing it in a way that makes it sound mystical

Waaaay too early to do this. You need to do it like 1 hour before fight or you're wasting your breath most likely.

Robin Black talks absolute nonsense. He makes fighting sound so complex and confusing, when in reality its much more simple.

I remember Robin's breakdown last year of Black Beast vs Travis Browne, and Robin was saying stuff like "Lewis will use lateral movement and timed angles to get inside the taller Travis, who will stay at range and entice Lewis in at controlled range intervals". "Therefore creating a space in a moment that can be deceived" o_Oo_Oo_Oo_Oo_Oo_Oo_O

When he was doing that breakdown I just imagined Black Beast listening to that thinking "WTF u sayin homeboy"

LOL Robin makes everything sound so scientific. mystical, paranormal and confusing, Black Beast in reality is just a sloppy slow slugger who has big power and is just trying to throw his overhand right as hard as he can and connect.

''Robin, what color should I dye your hair?''
''have you seen Steven Seagal as of lately?''
''say no more fam''

“Heavy Hands” podcast is much better at fight analysis.

After you’ve watched a few Robin Black videos you’ve seen everything he has to offer. Jack Slack’s Podcast and Heavy Hands are better listens because they get straight to the point without allowing the nonsense fluff that Robin spews

He wants to work for the UFC so bad lol. Get that shit as far away as possible.

I can't believe I watched that n full and its 28 min not 12 like you said.

And he could have said all that in 30 seconds.

This is literally all he said in 28 minutes

"Ferguson knows he cant out-wrestle Khabib. But since he's brought back idea of Guard being dominate position he will welcome TDs and try and slice up and throw massive subs on Khabib until Khabib wants to stand where Tony is even more comfortable. Or not."
