Very possible. It's a winnable fight for both guys, but youth and durability are on song's side here. I'm still rooting for Font though.

Font is on his way out and Song is on his way up. Crossroads kind of matchup.

2nd round TKO for Yadong. Font is getting too old for BW, not many 35+ guys at the lower weights.
 
Hard not to favor Yadong here. Font is gonna be 36 by the time this fight happens. 36 is ancient for a BW. And Yadong hits like a truck. Font surprised me and looked solid against Yanez. Maybe he can do something here but I just don't see it sadly.

If Yadong wins here impressively he can't be that far away from a title shot right? He looked good vs Cory, bodied Simon, if he finishes Font I wouldn't mind him going up against someone like Merab or Chito/Cejudo winner.

Probably will need one more, especially if cory somehow beats umar. I agree that merab or the winner of chito/cejudo would be good options.

I'm curious about who Jonathan Martinez is going to fight. Maybe yan?

Everyone I heard speak on Yan says he plans to sit out for a while, maybe until 2024 or late this year. Feelings can always change.

I get the impression that Martinez probably didn't move up the ladder that much from the controversial win over Said, if he gets a big fight it'll probably be right place/right time kinda deal. I wouldn't be surprised if he fought someone like Javid, Montel, Bautista next personally. I'm still just really eager to hear if Renat Khavalov or Khuseyn Shaykhaev get signed, they are Russias best Bantamweights and Shaykhaev said he's trying to get signed right now but won't wait forever and Renat and Ali are saying announcements soon. The division needs more Russian spice, i want Russian on Russian violence in the UFC.
 
Yadong's drastically improved defensive wrestling made a fool of me in his last fight. He looked outstanding -- fought very smart. I'm thinking he finishes Font, but this is easier said than done. Font is a solid boxer and very well rounded.
