I think Rizin may have proivded a free stream for the first round, so possibly there may be something similar? I may be making that up though.

Acoording to GONG magazine, the openweight tournament prizes are as follows:

300000 USD for the winner
85000 USD for runner up
42500 USD for semifinal losers

Additionally the winner will get a timepiece worth ~8500 USD, the belt, his gold medal and the trophy (no idea what those are worth).
