Rizin needs to have a HW tourney and no USADA

and make it a one night tournament of course because one night tournaments make the world a better place.

Mayweather for a exhibition bout, not for a actual fight. Anyway, Brock is under contract with UFC. This idea makes no sense.

Makes total sense and would love to see Brock in the RIZIN ring in a one night GP or even a single bout against Jiri or Cro Cop.

No, it doesn't make sense. Again, RIZIN does not have the money for this. They haven't been signing top talent for a reason. It would bankrupt them immediately. Brock is a huge name in the West, specially for US fans, and with the PPV model having him fight in UFC makes sense, in JPN with Rizin who makes the most with live gate + TV deal, not the same.

Lesnar would draw in Japan I am sure. He would sell out Saitama like Mayweather did in a matter of hours. He would be big on Fuji TV too. JMMA fans would love or hate Brock which would sell. A big wrestler like that. They are into these types of fighters.

Again, if they can afford Mayweather, they can afford any athlete on the planet.

Financially wise wouldn't make sense. RIZIN goes live midnight in US and that's the big market for Lesnar. Good luck making bank based on PPV in Japan. You are wrong, brother. I have no doubt about this.

He'd be expensive in Japan too. They know him from pro wrestling there. Won the Inoki Cup or some shit. You're right, they couldn't afford him.
