There are huge size discrepancies in some of these Rizin bouts. Cindy Dandois is much bigger and taller than King Reina and this is at 70 kg or ~155 pounds instead of 135 pounds,140 pounds or 145 pounds like she has fought recently, so Cindy didn't even have to cut weight in that feature bout. In the bantamweight tournament, former featherweight Gabriel Oliveira towers over former flyweight contender Kyoji Horiguchi. Can The Gooch's skill and experience make up for that disadvantage? In the curtain ,grappler Satoru Kitaoka who competed mostly at lightweight is meeting much larger former welterweight Kiichi Kunimoto in a catchweight bout of 75 kg or about 165 pounds. Gabi Garcia dwarfing 53 year old wrestler Shinobu Kandori is just comical even if that fight takes place with Gabi missing the agreed upon weight by nearly 30 pounds.
Still waiting on 5Dimes to release lines, but I like wily veteran Cindy Dandois as a moderate favorite over King Reina based on the way novice fighter Crystal Stokes was able to give Reina a lot of trouble just using pure physicality in her most recent bout. Also like experienced Japanese fighter Shintaro Ishiwatari as a moderate favorite over Frenchman Kevin Petshi in a bantamweight tournament bout. In another bantamweight tournament bout I expect undefeated German Khalid Taha to beat Japanese veteran Takafumi Otsuka in a near pick 'em. I also like Kiichi Kunimoto as a significant favorite to use size and striking to beat Satoru Kitaoka, despite the risk of him getting caught in a submission. I would normally lean Czech Jiri Prochazka over Sweden's Karl Albrektsson, but the price is steep so I think there is value on Albrektsson as an underdog, especially with Jiri coming back from a knee injury prior to his previous bout. Despite their skill and experience advantages I am going to make small plays to fade both UFC veterans Kyoji Horiguchi against much bigger striker Gabriel Oliveira as a significant underdog and Ian McCall returning from a long layoff and injuries against knockout artist and underdog Manel Kape.
