PBP RIZIN 49: DECADE ***Sherdog Discussion*** 12/30 11PM ET (RIZIN.TV)

Kleber should win. 90% of the fight was him posing danger and Suzuki having to defend.

Kleber was definitely more dominant

Don't really understand Rizin scoring but overall he seemed to be in control for most of it

Suzuki handled himself admirably on the ground. Kleber has like 30 submission wins, just surviving was impressive. Should have stood up in the third, staying on the ground with Kleber isn't where you wanna be.

Great main event, great card

what's crazy is that kleber almost hit him with the same armbar from mount he won with in their first fight. he ended up abandoning it.

How was this event, guys? I was lazy ended up opting to go back to sleep. Lol

Good on all of you who made it to the end, I wasn't I sure would. Thanks for making the PBP something more than me and @Killer Kadoogan high fiving each other over and over. Where the hell was he, anyway?

RIZIN 50 is in March, and they've been hyping that card since like August. Big event for them, evidently bigger than a 10 year anniversary event. Feel free to join me.

Until next time...

Hey I should say. Happy New Years to everyone who survived this thread, as well as everyone who was taken out in the process. It's nice to be an insane hardcore fan who stays up till who-the-hell-knows in the morning sometimes. It's a time to appreciate, not look down upon.

And thanks especially to @Bobby Boulders and @DrRodentia for being the lifeblood beginning to end. But @Mick Dojang, @Xuh, @EndlessCritic, @NoSmilez, @STAY GOLD, @Azure and so many more. I see you too.

Appreciate it. Happy new year. Now to sleep until tomorrow night.

May have not been many takers. Essentially anyone they threw in on short notice was meeting the same fate
I’ve spoken to several fighters who would have taken the fight. RIZIN didn’t try. The idea they all would have met the same fate is laughable, too. Not everyone is a pure striker with an upside down record

Thanks brother. I'll see you all next year in the PBP threads. I'm more entertained at times chatting with you all than watching fights.
