Phife Dawg of a Tribe Called Quest has passed away.

While the cause of death has yet to be announced, Taylor had health issues for years, undergoing a kidney transplant in 2008 to deal with a longtime battle with Type 1 diabetes.

Friend of mine just text me this mornign letting me knwo, fuck man, R.I.P. no doubt.

Man was a fucking legend, his delivery, lyrics and style was killer. Tribe is one of my all time favourite hip hop groups of all time, their albums had a lasting impression on me growing up & I still till this day listen to them. Sad to ehar of his passing.
