Damn, he was one of the nicest and most motivating guys I ever got to train with, even if it was only for 1 day.

Seriously, it was one of the few times I felt like I could achieve something afterwords. He had nothing but good things to say and even came up to me afterwords in the lobby and just talked with me. Such a cool guy.

Thats a great story man, thanks for sharing. RIP.

My uncle died of the same exact deal what sad news to hear. My uncle went to the ER with what he though was a bad cold and 3 days later they were make funeral arrangements.
Thoughts and prayers go out to his family especially his children if he has any this will be a tough pill to swallow for them.
