I don't think Rios seems likable at all. He seems like sort of a moron and kind of an asshole too.

He has an incredible amount of heart and guts but yeah he comes off like a little thug/punk/jerk whenever he opens his mouth.

Still though I respect the fact he is sacrificing his entire brain to entertain us for a few years. He will be punch drunk before the end of next year. Hell Bradley won't be far behind now that Atlas is his guy.
