I got alot of great info on my last thread about the IMF tech training glove but I was also considering buying the International Training glove. Does anyone have experience with these? How do they stack up to the IMF tech or other gloves that you have used? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks! How does the hand compartment fit? Have you used the IMF tech gloves?

I have used the IMF tech MMA gloves that feel great on. The main reason I use the IMF tech for MMA gloves (over Ouano gloves) is because I dont want to injury my sparring partners. The IGTE gloves are way different then the Windy gloves. The Windy gloves are great too, but need to be broken in and are very stiff at first. The IGTE gloves are very soft and comfortable from the get go.

I have them, I like the way they feel on the inside but theyre alittle square and there big so its seems hard to slip them through the opponents gloves. I have the IMF's too but I haven t used them.

I used Ringside Int'l 16 and 18oz training gloves extensively, as well as Ringside IMF Tech 16oz training gloves.

Int'ls feel broken-in, are larger in proportions (18 are freakin' huge), and are a quality glove. I am almost positive that these gloves went for $79.99 or less during recent sales, and would expect them to return to this sale price before long.

IMF's are much more compact, with a stiffer punch to them. If I was going to land a punch, I'd prefer IMF's for both hand protection as well as damage. Also, the blocking surface is more reasonable. In the future, I will likely use 16oz IMF tech Training gloves for all of my training needs. I currently have lace ups for sparring, but when my IMF Bag gloves need replacing, I will buy hook and loop Training gloves. The hand protection of the IMF Training 16 is much greater than the IMF Bag 14's. The IMF Bag gloves are among the best bag gloves I've used (f'd up hand using borrowed Title, Ringside Ult Classic also great), but due to increased padding and conditioning benefits, I see no reason not to use IMF Training gloves for all gym use. The only reason I'm not using them now is to keep the padding from getting too dense for sparring.
