Rigo vs. Inoue is the super fight every fan should be clamoring for.

Why? cause rigo just beat a guy who coming off a loss? Or so forum trolls can say Inoue cherry picked a 40 year old?

Actually, you know what? Rigo still holds the lineal super bantamweight title. another weight class on Inoue's resume for the prestige. If Canelo is allowed to do it. so can Inoue. Good business move to build up the most physically talented fighter today.

If they sign this, it'll end like this:-

Rigo is my boy and I would have picked him years ago. But now.. I gotta go inoue. Although Rigo could still make inoue look real bad.

I also called for this fight in the Nonito/Inoue thread. I would love to see it. Rigo is no stranger to fighting in Japan either, so it seems like a logical fight to make.

Monster showed some new facets to his game yesterday, and showed he could overcome adversity..... But he also showed he throws way to wide at times and is there to be countered. A prime Nonito would have put him away IMO. Rigo, while also not in his prime, is a better overall counter puncher than Nonito, and I think he would have success.

I would likely still pick Inoue, but it is a 60/40 fight to me. Also depending on if Rigo still has it. I follow Rigo on Instagram and he is always in the gym and looking great.

Inoue is better style matchup than Loma was for Rigo, but "better" still means an old Rigo is facing an defeated, peaking fighter with KO options from great punch selection.

Before the Donaire fight everyone would have laughed at and insulted you.

Rigo in his prime schools Inoue. Even now I favor Rigo. The boxer usually beats the puncher. Arum knows this so it'll never happen.

Rigo is an excellent boxer and fights at a higher weight class. No one would have laughed. Now you're just grasping at straws to attack Inoue fans.

I get it... it’s an homage to Glue Vapour and Angel Dust. Neat gimmick.
