I think Piana, as well as most extreme body builders who spend half their life posing in front of a mirror, repetitively moving pieces of metal, and injecting themselves full of foreign substances, have some mental problems.

Yea, this. I saw Ronnie Coleman up close at an Arnold Classic, and the guy looked awful. I don't know why anyone would want to have disgusting looking veins and an abnormal body like that. It doesn't look impressive at all, just sickly.
