Honestly think he will fight again?

Or quietly retire? (like many fighters do)

Or will Dana make a huge announcement he has retired and HOF him

He has nothing left to prove in the cage, He should retire and not risk what he did to Chuck, happening to himself.

Stann should come out of retirement and they should have an official retirement fight vs each other. Just 2 regular strikers that the people tend to like that love the sport in a good old fashion barn burner.

No matter what happens I'll be in full support of Rich. If he fights again, I'm cool with it as it's not like he's completely fell off like Chuck did. If he retires I'll support that too as at this point there's not much he can accomplish nor does he have anything left to prove.

One things for sure though and that's Ace deserves that Hall of Fame spot.

I think Dana will put him in the HOF around the time he retires. Was the king at MW before AS came along and looked like he would rule for years. Has actually never lost two UFC fights in a row yet so he might have a few fights left in him.

If Anderson Silva loses to Weidman again, I'd actually like to see Silva vs Franklin III

Chuck didn't COMPLETELY fall off, he definitely declined but it was his aggressive style without the durability to back it up that ultimately failed him.

He should retire. He is a great fighter who was integral to the evolution of the sport. He has nothing left to prove.

As far as his record went, Chuck did pretty much fall off. Atleast Rich has been trading wins and losses.

Good all round fighter, solid career, not HOF worthy imo but I wouldn't be opposed to him being there.

Fight or retire, I'm a huge Franklin fan. I would love to see him fight at least one more time though.

Had 2 title defenses that was Nate Quarry and David Loiseau. Lost to every elite fighter he ever faced. Should definitely not be in the hall of fame.

As mentioned by others, one more fight (against any reasonable opponent from the fan favorites) seems like a good idea.
Talk about "going out with a bang" then make it happen.
