They're called "safety squats". He's not doing it that way because he wants to make it easier, he's doing it that way because it's healthier for the knees. God, I wish that some of you armchair athletes would read a book or two on this stuff before commenting.

Better depth than Mike Miller's squat for sure...

Also I agree with Remy for the most part.

Rhadi said the reason the squats are high is because he can not squat down low since he has surgery on his knee. He said even without weight he can't squat low.

Or maybe he needed the surgery because he never squats belows parallel...
