RG san francisco question

Yo. I'm gonna be in san francisco and am planning on training at RG for a couple days. Does anyone know if Osiander does the 7am classes?

I haven't been to the 7am class,but believe he does teach it. If visiting,I'd highly suggest the Tues/Thurs 11:30 class because Ralph and guys from different affiliates are often around. What belt are you? If a competitive higher belt, i'd suggest the Monday/Wed/Fri 10:00 class.Most of the competitors are in that class and its structured for drilling and rolling.If going to an afternoon class let me know and maybe we can get some rolls in.

Thanks. 7 am is kind of the only class I can do because I'm going for work and have other commitments later in the day. 7 am class still has a good turn out/is worth attending I presume? (I'm blue belt)
