I noticed that during the fight as well, dude fell into Dom and looked a bit limp
but now watching this they look like the glanced him, but the angle I saw it initially from looked a bit different

Then either Jiri didn’t know the meaning of “out” because he never appeared to lose consciousness…unless he meant “dazed” or “stunned” but most definitely not out.
Jiri’s English is not all there so I wouldn’t be surprised if he meant he was rocked

I thought he was out live, seeing it now, I think he just went limp like a good knockdown. Live I thought he was limp longer and Reyes blew it, but you can see Jiri react as soon as he falls limp into Dom's side control.
edit: out for 1 second for me is not out long enough to constitute a knockout, despite Jiri's admission.
