-DC landed the better shots overall in the stand-up. Anderson looked kinda wobbly everytime DC landed. The only good strike landed by Silva in all the fight was a body kick, which didn't get followed by anything significant.

-Both ref stand-ups were terrible. They happened when DC was being active. Looked more like a favor to Silva and the terrible crowd in attendance.

-DC had plenty of chances to pass half guard into full mount, he stopped trying after a while.

-DC had probably the easiest takedowns in all his career.

-Anderson didn't even get up to his feet at the end 1st. He stayed on his knees wiping the blood off his face.

-DC did the more damage.

-Overall it was a complete domination. DC seemed to be going easy on Silva at times. No version of Anderson would ever beat Cormier.

Here are the fightmetric stats. My post isn't based on them though.

Agree 100% with everything. Appreciate it that you brought up those shitty ref stand-ups. Big John let the crowd decide.

Is this really necessary. Lol

I take it you are in the camp that believes DC felt sorry for Anderson and did just enough to win conservatively while damaging him minimally?

DC outstruck him and raped him on the ground with Anderson doing his usual lockdown stalling defense that got him warned multiple times and IIRC carded in PRIDE.

Fight wasnt close but since Anderson landed one good kick his fanboys are making a mountain out of a molehill.

Barnett, Murr, Gus, Humble and Bones all hurt DC more and landed much better strikes overall too.

DC looked scared to stand with him and Silva ate every shot he landed like nothing. DC turned panic wrestler every time Silva started putting it on him.

Only Uneducated fans & fans who don't appreciate wrestling would try to deny your points even when everything you said are facts.

agree, i argued with some guy on here earlier who said Anderson would have won the title if he could have stood with DC, 1st reply said dude it was a non title fight lolol

Fighting this hard and shitting on a fighter just to make Fedor appear a little stronger in the GOAT debate? That's dedication.

...to comedy.

Conor was turned into a panic wrestler, DC was an "Olympic" wrestler dumb dumb

I thought Andy was about to finish dc at the end

DC showed a lot of respect for Silva. Silva came to this fight without any preparation, DC did not look like he went after him 100 %.

At least he's not being beat up by Candonaldo

DC always reacts poorly to body shots, nothing new. Anderson isnt the far and wont be the last to make him jump like he got poked in his bootyhole

Same can be said for Anderson, GSP, Jones, and Conor fans.

No. Fedor fans are unique like right wing preachers who take every event and somehow spin it to make every GOAT candidate look bad besides Fedor. No other fan base is like that. It is like clockwork. It almost seems organized.

It still would have been interesting to see Anderson Silva at like 32 take on DC, though.
