Mannn, two of the toughest SOBs I've seen. One of the best heavyweight fights also...

- It's sad to see how much of a profound effect fights like this one, Cain II and III, even AO have had on JDS, all because of his style. Have yet to see the Rothwell scrap, but I hear he's back to form... I wish nothing but the best for him. Who should be next for JDS?

- Stipe showed why he would become champ, could've gone either way with the decision. He has the style and form to cause problems for everyone, I'm rooting for him to stomp a mudhole in Alistar. Unrelated note: When he's not training, he may be saving lives!

Great fight, JDS won, but Stipe won also in long term. Everybody knew that there is no fucking around with Stipe after that fight.

Close fight but JDS won that clearly. Not sure why people dispute it (not saying you are).

I'd like to see JDS fight Werdum next. I think Junior can take him (again).
If he wins, the next step would depend on Cain's result against Browne and his subsequent fitness. As a Junior fan I don't really want to see him fight Cain again but if you're going to hide or avoid anyone in the fight game you may as well quit. Sadly, I imagine JDS would go at Cain in the same way and unless Cain has slowed down significantly (we will find out in July) the result won't be too different.

Sad to say we are banking on the chance of Cain getting injured again, but I agree! We may have to see him fight Cain a 4th time, which sounds a lot harder than Miocic a 2nd time.

All the more incentive to watch 200

JDS won conceivably, he would do so again. The decision was not close.

Why he would do it again because he won vs Rothwell rothwell stand up is horrible

It was more the fact that Junior looked to have fast hands again and was going for it, as well as not being held up against the cage.

His movement and lack of fear was like the JDS of old. A farcry (thankfully) from the version we saw against Overeem.

I thought JDS won, I'm just saying the fight turned out a lot closer and more dangerous for both sides than I thought.

Both were tougher than nails left in a flat and full 4 loko on a hot summer day

Funny thing is that nobody gave Stipe a chance, because "he got KO'd by Struve".

I was sure this fight would be close, and I hope we get to see a rematch in the future.

for people who says miocic won.....he only won respect and status, but not the fight ¡¡

To me the JDS/Stipe fight is almost a passing of the guard. I thought that JDS won the fight, but it showed that the up and comer Stipe was for real.

Close fight but I thought it was pretty clear Junior edged 3 rounds.

I love JDS, and tend to get flamed, but Stipe won that fight.

JDS beat Miocic hands down.
Rothwell is stylistically perfect for JDS, so even though the result was no surprise, I still think this fight doesn't say much about how good JDS really currently is. JDS is one of my favorite fighters ever but right now I don't have much hope of him coming back to his glory days.

Stipe won.

JDS gets a pass in sherdog, sadly...One of the most overrated fighters.

Still remember you people saying The Reem was dodging jds and how jds will KO him.

Any competent unbias MMA fan knows stipe won more rounds and was more in control.

JDS vs. Werdum II, I'd love to see Werdum get KTFO'd twice in a row.
