We've seen enough of these half-round dances!!! I propose to punish passivity for 3-5 seconds!!! Passivity in battle speaks either to the unprofessionalism of the fighters in preparation for battle, or disrespect for the league and the audience!!
Rating points by a passive fighter winning on points or in late rounds should reset them in the rating!! Than to raise interest in tournaments and motivation of fighters to prepare for fights!!!
