    Thanks for the write up. I'm a huge Marcelo fan and definitely want to get this book. It sounds like it'd be great for me.

    It is an excellent book even if that is not your game you should still read the book for the shear knowledge that Marcelo brings to the BJJ and grappling game.

    The book is basically a printed read out to his DVDs.
    which is really cool cause I can read it during work when I'm suppose to be working.

    Also its super detailed and won't get you confused like some of other books do.

    I love the half guard and butterfly guard so having Marcelo's book (and DVD) has really help improve my game more. And I'm even improved on my X-guard set ups.. I know I'm playing a small man's game (I'm 245) but its a lot of fun.

    definatly recomend this book...xguard is one of my go to moves in the scramble now

    i found this book to be an instant help. I successfully used his sweeps the day i got it.

    Does it also seem fitted for MMA or only for grappling?

    They focus is on sport jiu jitsu and no-gi grappling.
