I was wondering how most of you return to training after having the flu or a respitory infection?
I do light cardio with no huffing or puffing for a week or more while my lungs heal up, and then I to a high intensity day to force out the rest of the lung junk, then build up slow from there.
Does anybody know if returning to early can make you more prone to staph infections, because, your is already in a weakened state?
