Return problems w/ online mma gear retailers like elitemma.com

Are you having or have had return problems with mma gear retailers? I'd like to hear about them and how the problem got resolved.

I purchased two rash guards from elitemma.com back in early December 2010. The came about 9 days later, however, they were too small for me. I contacted elitemma.com via email and told them of my problem. At first they were helpful and told me to mail it back and they would exchange them. I wrote the return authorization number on the package and shipped it priority mail, without delivery confirmation, which was probably my mistake. Now here I am 2 weeks later and they are telling me they either have not received it or it's in warehouse being processed. I think they will stiff me.

I returned pair of shorts back to mmawarehouse.com by priority mail Nd got an email 3 days later notifying me of their receipt and credit back to my card. I think mmawarehouse provides better customer care and is more legitimate than elitemma.com. Based on my poor experience with elitemma.com, I will take my business elsewhere with an honest company.

Realize that you're asking us to take your word that you shipped it back (if our warehouse didn't receive it and you don't have tracking). We take care of our customers, but considering the circumstances, I think you should allow us the time to see if the return shows up (2 weeks over Christmas and New Years for the post office to deliver a package isn't a shockingly long time), rather than create a new account on a forum and post publicly.
 
Why doesn't the elitemma website work? For some reason I can't access it anymore?
