Makes sense .. Anderson will most likely be out a year. This gives GSP time to vacation, sort out his problems and then come back for the superfight everyone wanted to originally see ..

this would be a huge payday for the UFC and both fighters .. After the match, they both hug and ride off into the sunset together .. honk honk ..

No, I don't think anyone cares now. At least not as much as they'd have to pay them.
The point was the 2 P4P best against each other.

Now for the same effect they will have to do Jon Jones vs Jose Aldo... so no super fights until Cain gets some big wins together.

Even though the steam rolled off a while ago. I bet many ppl including myself would still be interested to see this fight. At one time I wanted to see JBJ vs. AS but that seems a bit lop sided at the current stage. GSP vs AS would be entertaining just because its arguably two of P4P but it'll be nowhere near the hype it would of deserved if it was back in 2010.

Still would like to see the fight. Anderson's biggest difficulty always seemed to be wrestlers who could hold him down. There's no one better at MMA wrestling than GSP. The question would be whether he was strong enough to keep Anderson down there.

Wouldn't mean as much now.

And that, Charlie Brown, is why you should make superfights whilst u still can.

fight means nothing now. Silva > GSP forever.

Silva is the one going out on back to back losses.

I'd say wait for Weidman to establish himself as the champ then after GSP has been back for awhile have that superfight.
